Innovative Food of High Quality
for Human Health and Sustainability

an integrated program of innovation and research development in agricultural sciences and veterinary sciences

07-08 September 2023, Olsztyn, Poland

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

“Innovative quality food for public health and sustainable development – integrated programme for the development of scientific research and innovation in agricultural and veterinary sciences at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn”.

Project funded under the programme of the Minister of Education and Science called “Regional Initiative of Excellence” in 2019-2023, Project number 010/RID/2018/19, funding amount 12,000,000 PLN.

The nature of the proposed scope of the conference is based on the integration and complementarity of basic and applied research according to the concept: environment – agriculture – food – nutrition – health. The overarching goal of research conducted in the area of human-animal-environment relations should be the use of contemporary scientific advances for the well-being of the environment (plants and animals) and the physical, psychological and social well-being of humans. Consequently, it is possible and necessary to carry out research related to the safety of the environment, and consequently of plants and animals, and to monitor, identify and analyse changes in the traditional and new food products generated.
